Bottling-I need how many people?

For optimal performance and safety, specific crew sizes are required based on the operating speed of the bottling truck and the type of packaging being processed (e.g., 12-packs, 6-packs, or shiners)

High speed mobile trucks doing 12 packs-

We need at least a 9 person crew. This ensures that all tasks are covered and minimizes any risk for errors and accidents

Slower speed mobile trucks doing 12 pack-

A minimum of a 7 person crew is required with one label and no capsule application . This setup allows for the slower speed and handle the process smoothly and safety.

All trucks- 6 packs

A 10-14 person crew is necessary. It allows us to basically do double the work at twice the speed since there are only 6 bottles per case. It is most efficient to have 3 dumpers to keep the conveyor full, 3 to 4 packers and 3 stackers, not including labeler.

If the internal staff is available, they can and do assist in meeting these crew size requirements. However we ask that they are included in our rotations to make the day run smooth of all.
