It’s important to note that wine change overs or line breakdowns do not automatically count as crew breaks. If our crew is at the truck and ready to work we are not at break. If an official breaks is decided on, then it needs to be a reasonable time and communicated to all parties. This approach helps us maintain productivity and at the same time respects all parties time.
